Your Conservative team in Adur and Worthing have a proud record of supporting the arts, museums and cultural heritage in our area. We’re marking day 16 of advent by taking a look at the action taken this year to rescue local theatres and museums following the lockdown.
We’re all missing the traditional Pantos at Worthing Theatres and the Ropetackle this year but thanks to government support they’ll be back next year. Oh yes they will! With help from Tim Loughton MP Worthing Theatres and the Ropetackle were able to secure hundreds of thousands of pounds to keep afloat while paying audiences couldn’t attend.
