The Conservatives are asking voters to judge them on their record of administration in both Worthing and Adur. Having taken back control of the car parks in Worthing and slashed parking charges, reduced council tax by 1% in Adur and maintained weekly bin collections while 70% of local councils have dropped them, the Conservatives are championing good governance as their plea for re-election.
The Conservatives have selected a broad range of energetic local candidates to fight in both Adur and Worthing with almost a third aged under thirty-five.

We’re asking voters to support us on our record of running good quality local services for local people whilst keeping a careful eye on the pennies particularly during tough financial times. A council tax cut in Adur, a four year freeze in Worthing, award-winning weekly bin collection, regeneration across the constituency, inward investment and a serious vote of confidence from the likes of Brighton and Hove Albion and of course slashing car parking charges in Worthing’s car parks.
