On the twelfth day of advent we’re talking about regeneration. Supporting and renewing our town centres is a top priority for Adur and Worthing Conservatives. The site of the former Worthing Police Station at Union Place has been vacant for far too long.
After taking control of the site from private sector developers who had failed to bring about a redevelopment Worthing Borough Council has now secured a planning permission for a new future for Union Place. This is all thanks to action by your local Conservative councillors and funding from the government’s Local Growth Fun.
