Our green spaces are important to everyone in Adur and Worthing and your local Conservative team works hard to make them all better and better.
Across the area we’ve secured funding for upgrades, new 3G sports pitches, new pavilions, outdoor gyms and state of the art play equipment for children. On the Worthing/Lancing border Brooklands Park is getting a multi-million pound uplift. The lake has already been rescued thanks to our intervention and a new cafe, playground and science park are planned for next year.
Over in the west of Worthing, world famous Highdown Gardens has just received a million pound makeover and is due to reopen with a brand new visitor centre in the spring. This means more attractions for visitors and plenty of leisure opportunities for local residents.
